Forgot Password

It’s easy to forget or misplace your password for logins. As long as you have the correct login email address for your Sparxo account, you can use our “forgot password” feature. On the login page for Sparxo, instead of logging in, simply click “forgot password” instead and enter the email address for your account. You will instantly receive an email with a secure link to reset your password.

Changing Your Password

Once you are logged in to your Sparxo dashboard, you can easily change your password. Click your email address on the top right corner and select “Account Info”, then select “reset password”.

TIP: Passwords must be between 3 and 24 characters long.
