Hide and Reveal Ticket Levels (Create a Secret Ticket Level)
Tickets can be hidden only to be revealed by a secret code. This is useful if you are doing secret promotions or if you only want a certain group of people to see that ticket level.
Hide a ticket level
Once you create a ticket level. Click Advanced Ticket Settings under the ticket level. Check “hide from checkout flow.”
Reveal Discount Code
Hidden ticket levels can be revealed with a discount code.
- Turn on “Offer Discount Codes
- Create a discount code by clicking on the pink bar
- Enter the name of the Discount Code
- Select the ticket level you wish to reveal in the “Applies to” field
- Check “Reveal ticket level”
