Offline Payment Methods

We recognize that not all attendees will be comfortable paying online. Some customers may pay in the form of a check or with cash. Sparxo is free to record check or cash payments. You can import the information into Sparxo for customers who pay by check or cash.

You will be able to check-in guests who paid by check or cash using Sparxo Check-in. You will have the choice to send them a ticket via email or not. If you do not send them a ticket via email, you will only be able to check them in by their name or email address.

Sparxo will automatically track how many times attendees have registered for an event including those imported guests. You will find a column under Ticket Data for Attendance Count.
